Your lead and ours, working together.

Bring LastDoor into a defined part of the work or a broader delivery scope. Our lead works with yours to agree responsibilities and priorities, while the team gets to know your business.

A shared way forward

Two leads. One agreed scope.

Your lead

Business context.
Priorities and decisions.

LastDoor lead

Delivery direction.
The right people for the work.

One agreed scope

Responsibilities, priorities and progress made clear together.

A team close to the work

Design, engineering and growth specialists own the part you need us to handle.

Agree what each team owns

We start with the business need, the existing team and the work to be covered. Together, we define the responsibilities, starting priorities, review process and budget.

Your lead.

Brings business context, priorities and decisions from your team. Identifies the people we need to work with and the systems or materials the work depends on.

The LastDoor lead.

Coordinates our delivery team, makes progress and dependencies visible, and works with your lead when priorities or scope need to change.

The delivery team.

Takes responsibility for the agreed design, engineering, website or growth work. The team stays close to the details and carries what it learns into the next decision.

Choose the scope that fits

The starting point can be one responsibility or several. These are ways to organise the work; the proposal defines the actual people, deliverables and terms.

Own a function alongside your team.

LastDoor owns a defined function, such as design and frontend alongside product engineers, or website delivery alongside your marketing team. Your lead sets shared priorities with ours; we agree changes to the remit before adding work.

Deliver a scoped project.

We agree the problem, outputs, dependencies and review points for a website, product or platform change. Your team supplies context and decisions; our team owns the agreed delivery. New requirements are reviewed against scope and budget.

Support work that continues.

We agree an ongoing remit for maintenance, improvements, content or growth. Your lead and ours prioritise the work and review what is needed next. Changes in channels, capacity or responsibilities are agreed together.

Small means deep involvement

A focused team has room to learn your business and work closely with your people. The scope can cover design, software, websites and growth without assuming every capability belongs in every engagement.

We shape a focused team around each client, with up to eight people in an engagement. Start with the responsibility you need covered and add capabilities as the work and budget develop.

This model suits a business that wants to grow with a small team. If you need a hundred engineers from the outset, we are not the right fit.
