Every service with its own page, and its own way in.
We designed and built datacrea.ch for DataCrea AG, a CRM consultancy near Zurich: a German site of twelve pages, live in eleven weeks and looked after by us since.
A consultancy near Zurich
DataCrea AG advises companies on customer relationship management, customer experience, data quality and the automation of sales and marketing. It also coaches teams and speaks at events.
What the site needed
The old site ran on a bought theme and listed every service under one menu. The firm had new German copy for each service and wanted a site where each one could stand on its own and start a conversation.
What we did
We designed the site, built it on a WordPress theme of our own, launched it, and have looked after it since on our WordPress support plan.
From kick-off to a site that keeps working
The dates come from the project's task list. The designs are from our Figma file, the rest from the live site.
Explored before it was designed
We tried about 25 directions, dark and light, before settling on one. Fifteen page designs followed, with a style guide and a set of parts the whole site is built from.

The old site listed every service under one menu. Now each of six services has a page of its own, from CRM and customer experience to data quality, automation and coaching, built from the client's own German copy.

Four guides sit behind a short form. When a visitor sends it, the guide arrives attached to the email they receive, and the firm knows who asked. A question form opens from every page.

Work began on 8 January 2025 and the site went live on 26 March, after 73 review points were closed. It has been on our WordPress support plan since, with changes when the firm needs them.
