What We Are Building Right Now
Our main startup client is a $52M venture-backed startup that makes smart home products. We work as part of their 16-person engineering team. We build .NET backend services, infrastructure, and DevOps for products with thousands of connected devices in use.
- Backend: Device data, email and notifications, and cloud services for ESP32 devices.
- Authentication: Keycloak SSO for mobile apps, web dashboards, and device tools.
- Infrastructure and DevOps: Automated deployments, monitoring, and incident response.
This is a long-term project. We started with backend work and later added infrastructure and DevOps.
Our Experience
Startups get senior engineers without the ramp-up time of a traditional vendor engagement. We work at startup pace, with continuous deployment and frequent releases. Every change still goes through PR review, which keeps technical debt in check as the product scales.
